FAQ
Can a virtual office address be used as the registered office?
Yes. The Companies Registry requires a Hong Kong address that can receive communications and notices; P.O. boxes and 'care of' addresses are not accepted. Our addresses are in Hong Kong commercial or industrial buildings, provided by a licensed TCSP.
Can I use a virtual office for a visa extension?
The Immigration Department looks at whether the business genuinely operates in Hong Kong. If you need to work from Hong Kong, choose a private office for visa extensions; a virtual office suits companies that do not need physical space.
I already have a Hong Kong company. Can I rent just the address?
Yes — choose Plan A. After changing the registered office you must file Form NR1 with the Companies Registry within 15 days; we can help.
Can mainland clients pay in RMB?
Yes. Mainland clients can contract with our Qianhai, Shenzhen company and pay in RMB.
