HKCSC’s Individually Coded Smart Secretary Mailbox provides professional business mail reception and management for Hong Kong companies. Each member has a dedicated mailbox and unique code, with an address identifier not shared with other companies. It can be used as a registered office and correspondence address, keeping you informed about important company mail even when you are outside Hong Kong.
More than a mailbox, we help manage your everyday business correspondence: receiving letters and small parcels, instant WhatsApp / WeChat notifications, photo previews, priority identification of important mail, opening and scanning, forwarding, and 24-hour self-service collection. Important banking, tax and company registration documents need not go uncollected.

Assistance with annual return filing once a year.
Government and licence fees
Not included; payable separately by the customer. This quotation covers service fees only, excluding government and licence fees. BR fees and NAR1 registration fees are charged at the government rates published for the applicable year. We arrange payment at cost and provide official government receipts.
